Privacy policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026. Capo Cuòco Canada is operated by Igne Ferro Inc. ("Igne Ferro", "we"), the Canadian distributor of Capocuòco outdoor kitchens, at 680 Caledonia Rd, Toronto, ON M6E 4V9. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you send us — name, phone number, email address, city and province, and anything you tell us about your project, whether by the contact form, email or phone.
  • Technical information — our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and performance.
  • Embedded content — collection pages embed videos from Vimeo with "Do Not Track" enabled; if you play them, Vimeo may process limited technical data under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations and site measures, prepare quotations, deliver and install your kitchen, and keep the business records the law requires. By submitting the contact form you consent to being contacted about your enquiry. We send marketing only with your consent, and every commercial message we send includes a way to unsubscribe, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: Capocuòco Ltd., the manufacturer, where needed to specify and produce your kitchen; service providers who host this website (Vercel) and deliver form submissions (Formspree), both operating in the United States; and authorities where the law requires it. Some providers store data outside Canada (for example, our website host operates in the United States); where that happens, your information is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention & safeguards

We keep enquiry and project records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and warranty record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep — write to info@igneferro.com or call (416) 239-3556. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This site does not set advertising cookies. If we adopt analytics to understand how the site is used, this policy will be updated to name the tool and what it records.
